The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) is a non-profit organization, which fosters Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development.
The Chicago Chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs established its Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) in 1992 to promote business education and the professional advancement within the Hispanic community.
The students enrolled in the Summer Enrichment Program gain invaluable skills including but not limited to : analytics, writing, presentation, organization, and leadership. SEP seeks to provide students with the necessary skills and knowledge that are necessary for college in which allows them to achieve their goals.
SEP seeks to motivate local high school students to achieve their goals by providing mentoring and support in a university setting. In four weeks during summer time the SEP curriculum offers courses in business, college preparation, communications, and current affairs at not cost to the student.
